Have had amazing few hours today with 3 of my friends. We booked a package and had use of the jacuzzi and sauna plus full back massage facial Indian head massage and pedicure. The back massage and facial were incredible. The four of us had the place to ourselves which was lovely and felt very exclusive. We had a lovely lunch and prosecco too. The staff here are so lovely and very good at what they do. I cannot reccomend this spa enough and will definitely return. More...

Myself and my daughter went to Fong Spa for a spa package for a treat for our birthdays which included the use of the jacuzzi and sauna, back massage, facial and head massage. The girls were professional and explained how everything worked. So relaxing and will definitely do it again More...

I have mixed reviews on my pedicure. The lady was very polite and what work she did do was lovely, considering I was a new customer no consultation at all was done I had no clue on what products was used ect.
I felt the pedicure was very uncomfortable though due to the big chairs my legs are quite short, the bucket my feet were placed in the water was cold and then the bucket itself had something sharp sticking out the side into my leg.It would be better to get leg rests so I could be completely relaxed the whole time it hurt my legs due to this. I didn’t get the message that is in a classic pedicure and I had to ask for the calus peel that I had booked in for, but as soon as I did they did sort this. I also feel the price for extra ppe ect is too high I work in the industry myself and nothing was any extra than the standard cleaning that would have to be done anyways,
Ive had much better pedicures for less price elsewhere. The only thing that would make me come back is the polite staff I may give another treatment a go, but won’t be coming back for a pedicure again.
