So many reasons I highly recommend it, but mainly because the instructor is so good with the kids, he doesn't only teach them martial arts, he also has chats with them about living values and responsibilities. His program helps the kids to be motivated to continue to the next level. He makes the class fun for them by incorporating games at the end of a class. And their monthly drop off game night event is the best, our son loves it. We had our daughter’s birthday party here and it was fantastic! Organized, professional and the kids had a blast. They have more than enough help on hand to assure the kids are safe while enjoying themselves. You pick out a theme and they take care of the decorations, cake/food and even prepare the digital invitation. I would highly recommend Focus Martial Arts my son Sean who is on the autism spectrum just came out of a class and he is more than ecstatic to come back the teacher was very nice and engaging and took his time explaining to my son the multiple positions and moves during his one on one session an was so encouraging and motivating to Sean to keep going and to keep Focus during the class

We literally left my daughters birthday party 5 minutes ago and I had to come write a review! They did absolutely fabulous at my daughters birthday party ! Master Ben is an excellent master. My oldest has been with master Ben for 4 years now and my youngest for 2 years. Master Ben, Ms Roxanne, and Master Paul have all been wonderful role models for our girls and are an important part in their personal growth and development. I see my girls living life outside of the studio with important principles taught in the studio, which also reinforces what we teach them at home; ex: not only self defense, but also to have a strong spirit of not giving up, to be mentally stronger, to be respectful and kind to others, to be humble, to listen and respect parents, and be responsable people even at their young age. Master Ben is preparing our kids to be better humans in our community and i feel very grateful for that. I strongly recommend this studio. More...

This Taekwondo School is EXCELLENT. The instructor, Master Ben Monje is such a great teacher, mentor, role model and friend to ALL his students and the students' family. Master Ben displays great knowledge of his Art, skill in instruction, patience and enthusiasm. I really love the Peaceful Warriors Martial Arts program. My son has been going there for several months and we can see so many positive changes. He is more confident and loves going to karate. The Sensei is amazing with the kids. Having 15+ 4-6 year olds can be a challenge to anyone, but this guy knows how to keep the kids focused. As an added bonus, he makes the class fun for parents to watch. If it wasn't for my baby boy asking time and time again about wanting to go in to take lessons at this place I wouldn't have even walked in. I'm really happy I enrolled them!My boys are going on week 3 and they absolutely LOVE it and they really like Master Ben. My older boy has learned a lot in the two weeks they've attended. My baby boy - 4 years old - is still learning and getting better each day. Master Ben is patient with my little one which is great! Every day my little guy would ask me if he's attending class that day or not. I would recommend this place to anyone with children wanting to learn martial arts.And let's not forget Miss Roxanne, she always greets everyone walking through the door with a smile! More...

I've been involved in Tae Kwon-Do for almost 20 years, training throughout the world in places like the UK and Greece as well as here in the USA. When I found out a Tae Kwon-Do school was opening here in Beaumont I was extremely excited and was not disappointed!Master Ben and Master Paul are the real deal and have the skills, experience and qualifications to back it up. They are very disciplined but fair with the kids and the kids really like them.I mentioned their qualifications - they are both Kukkiwon certified which is extremely important because it shows that they have followed the set curriculum followed by WTF-Style practitioners around the world. There are some schools in the area where they have impressive certifications from organizations that are less than reputable - that doesn't mean they are bad instructors but you should definitely check them out before enrolling your kids. Ideally for WTF or Olympic Style Taekwondo certificates should be from the Kukkiwon and for ITF or Traditional Taekwondo they should be from the International Tae Kwon-Do Federation. I asked Master Ben about his certification and he didn't hesitate in showing me his certificates from the Kukkiwon. A great addition to the community and I look forward to seeing their school continue to grow. More...
