Whether it be someone owning a large garden or a customer with a 30 acre farm, we can tailor our service to suit.

We also enjoy helping people with smaller projects, providing architectural designs and project management, complete with bespoke planning advice.

Having worked for numerous PLC property developers in multiple departments, covering design, technical matters, land and planning - it was a natural progression to start FL and grow the business with previous colleagues where we all know and trust each other and can work in the best interests of our customers and clients.

We are unique to the industry - we are small and adaptable and can react to the clients needs.

We care about the outcome, and care about place-making / shaping developments which we can all be proud of in the long run.

Meetings can be held outside in the open air.

They can be held over Zoom.

Most of the time our work and co-ordination with the client can be done over the phone and email.
