I would really recommend this to anyone who has found it hard to find a form of exercise they enjoy. I've tried many exercise classes and different sports but week in week out had that dreaded feeling of "oh no have I really signed myself up for this" I've found Fitness and Strength Training completely different and am able to work at a pace that is right for me. I actually look forward to exercising now which is something I never thought I'd say. It's great to be trained by and train with a group of fun and friendly people. More...

I have now resumed the Super Senior sessions after the Christmas / New Year break. I can highly recommend these to anyone who wishes to improve their fitness, strength and overall body conditioning levels. I started attending these sessions last year and improvements were quickly attained. Francis is very well qualified and has a wide experience in the fitness industry from working with many different sports clubs and organizations. He is very supportive, helpful and encouraging and also has a keen sense of humour. The sessions are well planned and Francis adds variety to provide different challenges and works hard to make them achievable, stimulating and enjoyable. He is quick to point out any faults in technique to ensure that the moves are carried out safely. One of the great benefits of the sessions is that they are held outside and, despite some inclement weather at times, you really do feel the benefit of doing these outdoors. Francis is a top guy and I can thoroughly recommend the sessions to anyone who wants to improve their strength and fitness levels More...
