Cant fault this father and son team. Had encountered bees under the flooring in my concrete shed. Such an awkward place to reach, however Tony and son persevered and persevered, actually spending 2 hours at no extra cost until they finally successfully reached the bee colony. Tony cares passionately about the bees and takes immense pride in his work. Cannot recommended him enough. In his own words it's not about the time he spends on each job, it's about reaching a successful outcome. If I could rate Tony out of 10 stars I would give him 12!! Thankyou Tony and son. More...

We had mice within our walls and it really was a process of elimination to find out what was causing the problem and from where. Tony was lovely - he took such time to not only find the problem, but to double check he was right so the problem would not return. I was really impressed with First Call Pest Management. After discovering a wasps nest the previous evening, I rang Tony at about 9am in the morning, and he came to view the nest and do the treatment at around 2pm that day. He then popped round the following day to remove the nest. Communication to arrange each visit was great, and he explained very clearly what was involved with the treatment and removal. He even cleaned mess from the window which had been caused by the wasps - he really went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend. More...

Great service from Tony at First Call. He dealt with a problem we had with wasps entering through a gap in the brickwork at the back of our house and he popped back a few days later (after checking with me that the wasps had gone) to fill the gap with sealant.
