If you want to get motivated, fit and knowledgeable about nutrition then I highly recommend Kav! I have used many trainers in the past who create unsustainable programmes which means they don’t work long term. Kav offers a wonderful bespoke service and has been helping me to get fit and focused in a calm and friendly way. Working with Kaveh Zadeh (FiiT Coach) has been good. It’s already been a month that I’ve been training with him, and I’m seeing results.

He focuses on nutrition which is something I need to work on, and he does an excellent job of pushing me to have healthier eating habits.

The rating I gave is for the following reasons:
- Always available
- Pushes you but not too much
- Able to create a good relationship

I highly recommend him as a lifestyle coach, also because his rates are affordable being in London.

Kaveh is really good and knows what he’s doing. He also brings a nice energy to the workout. I just started training with him but I’m really confident I will see the results soon as the workouts are tailored to what I want to achieve.

I tend to fully understand my client's needs. What personal trainers might see as right way might not be what clients see as. I pay a lot of attention to my client's behaviour and reactions to exercising and nutrition. I believe changing one's lifestyle is the most important factor. At the end, we want the results to be permanent. I don't believe in just providing PT service unless I specifically get asked.

Helping others achieve their goals. I was once very unfit both mentally and physically. I'm fully aware of the benefits of feeling fit and strong specially in the new world order we live in.

I recovered from depression and braking my back in my 20s with the help of NLP and forcing myself to exercise while managing pain. There was no other way I could recover and I believe exercising can help tremendous number of people with various conditions but sadly the start is the most difficult stage as I learned it myself. I'm confident I can help and inspire people to be the best version of themselves with help of mental and physical fitness training.


I treat every single of my clients personally. I've limited number of clients I work with to 20. Quality of my coaching as well as relationship I have with them are important to me.
Beside the experience I've gained in past years, I've been constantly educating myself with new trends and findings in fitness , nutrition and sport psychology. Each of us have a very unique way of connecting to fitness. We need to be able to learn what works best for us so that it becomes a lifestyle and long lasting habit
