From day one the service from feel warm has been outstanding and very professional. Keith was very knowledgable and explained every step and Ian and his team were hard working and made the experience a less stressful one when trying to entertain 2 bored dogs . What do you love most about your job?
I love the variety of services I provide so it doesn't become to much of a bore doing the same thing over & over which can make people lose concentration & lack the drive to do well. It keeps us on top of our game as well as making it right for the customer. It throws up it's fair share of challenges, since a lot of our work is bespoke it gives us the opportunity to express our creative side too.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working for a large conservatory/ frame manufacturer for over 10 years, I felt I'd achieved all I could sitting at a desk. I'd started as a fitter & worked up to manufacturing roofs & frames & then finally up to the computer processing department where I was responsible for the every day running of the factory. After witnessing how a lot of companies used to mistreat & oversell to their customers I decided I wanted to do it my way & offer a unique service doing the only thing I know how.
Why should our clients choose you?
As it's my business I deal with a lot of the installations for the company personally. Our ethos is that a well installed job & a happy customer is what leads to more opportunities through word of mouth & customer recommends. It is this attitude that has got us where we are today. We may not be the biggest company on the market but we keep it all between a small group of professionals instead of a large number of employees where information may get lost in between.
