How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
This is extremely important as it plays a much larger role than just improving the bodies aesthetics.
You need a balanced diet that contains sufficient sustenance to provide the body with everything it needs in order to achieve optimal health.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We provide a positive & friendly environment focusing on what our members are doing & work to improve upon these successes.
We also have daily nutritional education & new monthly recipes to help our members stay on track.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret formula so avoid any self proclaimed ‘Guru’s ’ claiming to have discovered an easy way to achieving success.
It requires, focus dedication, continuity, balance, patience, education & honesty from both trainer & members in order to achieve success.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing people improve their lifestyle never gets old. Everyone has with their own obstacles in life to overcome & the satisfaction from finding a way to help people improve their lives is always an amazing experience.
You are continually learning, meeting new people, building friendships & being part of such a positive experience is beyond words.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always enjoyed fitness & helping people so it made perfect sense to combine the two.
I have had my own struggles over the years & being able to help people overcome theirs from my own experience is so rewarding.

We are currently looking to add online classes & pre planned workout videos for you to follow should you not be able to attend our Bootcamp or you are unable to make it to a class on time.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Followed government guidelines & recommendations by regularly cleaning equipment & keeping up to date with any changes.
Bootcamp
Bootcamp classes combine exercises from all of the other classes as well as having its own unique exercises & timings. It covers all aspects of fitness training & will give your body a complete fitness experience.
Boxing Fitness
A fun boxing inspired class where you can get you heart rate elevated, learn a variety of boxing combinations & conditioning techniques to boost your cardioi fitness & improve stamina.
Body Power
Focusing on resistance training this class uses studio weights complimented with body weight exercises combining both cardio & muscular endurance. Great for shaping your body.
Foundation
A legs, bums & tums focused class with a twist! You will most certainly feel the ‘burn’ & improve your performance in all other areas by attending this intense foundation building class.
Pilates
A low impact exercise class that combines deep breathing with gentle stretching to boost your strength, balance, and mobility. It is often recommended to ease muscle tension, joint stiffness, and back pain which can help to prevent injury.
Personal Training
If you prefer a more focused approach or prefer training on your own then why not book in for a 45 minute PT session?
Personal Training starts at £40 per session where we are able to train up to 2 people. For each additional person there will be an additional £5 fee up to a maximum of 6 people.
Nutrition
Find it difficult to create healthier options at meal times? Well fear no more. At FASTER Bootcamp web provide you with 100 recipe book upon joining, enjoy 4 video recipes a month on our YouTube channel, additional videos l recipes on Instagram as well as 15 new recipes every month all barcoded to MyFitnessPal to track your nutritional intake & if that’s not enough you also benefit from our quarterly nutrition workshops with our Registered Expert Dietician which will teach you about portion control, eating habits & give you an opportunity to ask questions for your specific needs.
Adventure Trips
We also run fitness trips away to fantastic places where will combine sight seeing & fitness leaving the evenings to socialise & relax.
