I used this company. He came on two occasions. On the first occasion he put poison in some places and left them for 10 days.
He was supposed to collect them on the second visit and fill up all the holes with safe materials. The second visit, he delayed 10 hours and his communication was really bad. Eventually he came and finished the job within 15 minutes. The next day, I noticed that he didn't collect the poison and he used very cheap and bad poffy materials. He didn't investigate the holes properly.
I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Communication was efficient and professional. I was able to get in contact with a person who made the booking for inspection and provided the appropiate treatment within 24 hrs of expressing my interest in the service. This was the case despite being a bank holiday weekend.
The team wastes no time, they understand the time-sensitive nature of pest infestations and will prioritise the customer's need. They were also considerate, discrete and respectful.
