What do you love most about your job?
I really enjoy getting to know people and helping them achieve their aspirations, such as buying a house or releasing equity. Everyone is different, different needs, desires and motivations, and I enjoy spending time researching the best package or solutions for my clients and friends.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I hate pressure sales and bad or incomplete advice, given by some companies to achieve sales targets and bonuses.
I started Family Financial Services, so the focus can be moved to 'doing the right thing' for the customer and being able to take the time needed to give the best advice.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have had the coronavirus vaccine, and will adhere to the current recommendations for physically meeting.
I also conduct an online or remote service.
Equity Release
This is an Advice and Recommendation service. I will only recommend equity release products which adhere to the 'equity release councils' criteria.
Mortgage Advice
Finding the right lender and then the right product can be very time consuming. I will use my knowledge and experience to quickly find you the best products, and as a broker, I have access to exclusive products and lenders you can't access going direct to the high street. This can save you money even when fees are taken into account.
Protection Products (life insurance, income protection etc)
I will conduct a 'gap analysis', and let you know where the main risks are to your income and lifestyle. I will then educate you on what lenders are available to protect against those risks, so you can make an informed decision on what to do next.
Private Medical Insurance
The NHS is a wonderful service and a credit to our Nation. However the NHS is under strain and waiting times can be longer than desired, months maybe years.
If your health is declining and your worried about symptoms, then a speedy diagnoses and access to treatment can literally save your life. I can recommend basic to comprehensive packages that cover your main concerns, gets you treated quickly, takes the strain off the NHS and gets you on the road to recovery faster.
Building and Contents
I generally recommend market leading defacto 5 Star policies, as these will give you the best experience and outcomes when you need them.
