Online and remote services are offered to clients that require this. I always aim to visit a site as it gives me a better idea of what you can get and what the local authority may want to understand.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Site visits are avoided unless important to carry out a building survey. In this case suppliers will wear mask and maintain a 2 metre distance at all time and work will be outside.
Planning consultancy
I can offer advice on whether you need planning permission and if you do what type of permission you need and which forms and documents to prepare.
I also work closely with architects and construction companies so in addition I can project manage your project up until planning permission has been consented.
Extension specialist
I work closely with a construction company and architect to ensure the design, appearance as well as cost meets your expectations in terms of cost.
I submit the necessary forms up until planning permission.
