What do you love most about your job?
Having owned, managed, led and then sold businesses I realised what I really enjoyed most about business is helping people achieve more than they could have imagined. Regardless of size, business or location, I believe every business owner can do with a shoulder, support, a friend, a challenger to help them grow their business. Assisting & helping other business owners to be successful, makes me happy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The need to constructively support other business, based on my own experiences.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Remote services at the height of Covid-19 were obviously essential. When meeting face to face it is important to socially distance and ensure hygienic conditions in the meeting location and wear face coverings where appropriate. I comply with clients on site Covid-19 precautions.
