Having taken the leap to downsize to a bungalow, we obviously then decided that this was too small and embarked on a mission to add space to the property.
We engaged with Geoff Bryson on recommendation from a friend. Immediately he understood our requirements and came up with a solution that we were very pleased with. His understanding of the planning process was extremely thorough and we were able to breeze through the hurdle, on budget.
In terms of money he was briefed on our available funds and so far, although this may be tempting fate, we are on track. He has visited the build a couple of times to check on progress, which is great as well. Very happy with the work done and the professionalism displayed.

We were looking to start an extension and were recommended Bryson Architecture. Geoff was great to deal with or various reasons.
On time for appointments and very professional throughout. The designs are perfect for us and his drawings are to a really high standard.
When we met Geoff to view the design, he was helpful and full of advice and information. We'd altered a few features which he changed no issues.
We have shown the design and drawings to friends going through the same process, they now wished they had used him instead of their own recommended architect, who has cost more and for a lower standard of quality.

Geoff was selected following a recommendation from a builder. We have been delighted with his service. He has drawn up our plans and these only required minor alterations to get exactly what we wanted.
Since having drawn the plans up, Geoff has steered us through the planning application process.
He has always been prompt in replying to emails, even when I am asking daft questions.
I wouldn't hesitate in strongly recommending the services of Bryson Architecture.
