What do you love most about your job?
I love how each day working can be very different and through my work I get to meet lots of wonderful and inspiring people. I get huge job satisfaction when I see my clients recover and achieve their goals. I love working with people and my clients expressions of gratitude towards me for assisting them on their personal journey and finding themselves again and sharing their joy when they achieve their goals is what keeps me motivated to do what I do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked in the Mental Health Service for 30 yrs I wanted a new challenge and more control over my working week. Long waiting lists for therapy in the NHS and HSE encouraged me to think about setting up my own private practice to assist clients in accessing therapy more speedily.

I am passionate about helping people to ease their distress and suffering and return to full mental health and get back on the path to living a more fulfilled life.
