I was called early next day about my enquiry and Terri was very reassuring, warm and friendly . She answered all my questions and nothing felt too much trouble. My house was treated today and I was given after advice, and all was explained clearly. I had a big issue with spiders in my conservatory and when contacting Eradicontrol, Terri was very helpful. She fit me in the very next morning knowing I was worried about false widows in my house with a 3 month old daughter. She fumigated the conservatory with instructions on obviously not going in there but also when cleaning the windows later, to not clean the frames as the residue would create a deterrent. I called eradicontrol in as I had rats in the garden. These were dealt with very promptly and I would always recommend eradicontrol they quote a price and stick too it and nothing was too much trouble would always use them again
