Em Marie

My teenage son was diagnosed with GAD last month (he has sufferd for a long time) and was referred for CBT, the waiting list on the NHS is up to 12 months, we couldn't wait that long so I found Em who is absolutely amazing, within just 3 sessions my son has come on leaps and bounds, he struggles with self confidence and self-esteem, Em has been awesome at encouraging him to believe in himself he is walking tall and looking more confident, he is learning to push himself through his boundaries. Yes he still has a way to go and has ups and downs but he is putting into place the strategies that Em has taught him to get him through these times. I would highly recommend Em, from the first session my son opened up and Em could tell where his anxiety and low self-esteem stems from. Thank you Em, we have a different teenager xx More...
