It's a great boxing gym! The regular weekly classes are good but I recommend signing up for one of their fight clubs. Even if you don't want to have a fight, just the training itself is an amazing work out - totally worth the pain! :-)

This is quite possibly one of the best gyms ever. I was highly sceptical of gyms and I was incredibly unfit and very overweight. But the guys at the gym proved their worth.My membership fee is simply an investment in me. And it is paying me back ten times over. I am healthier, happier and fitter. The members are great too and that makes it all the better. So if you are looking for a gym that is different, that actually wants you to improve and will work out ways to help you, look no further. I signed up to for Elite Fitness' white collar boxing event in 2014. I had always wanted to have a go at boxing despite being pretty docile. I thought my fitness was pretty good, so despite my lack of aggression, I assumed I wouldn't find it too hard. How wrong I was. My first training and sparring sessions were a shock to the system and a little off putting. However, Mark (the coach) and the other gym members were encouraging, patient and constantly optimistic. With their supportive drive and the friendly demeanour of all the staff, I have really come to enjoy attending Elite Fitness. Enough so, that I partook in another white collar boxing event in 2015 and I will likely do another. Simon, Lindsay, Mark and all of the staff have developed a great gym and I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys a wealth of facilities, good training and friendly faces. More...

Best gym I have ever had the pleasure to be a member of !Was going 3 times a week for the last 10 months before moving away and made massive improvements in my fitness and strength thanks to Mark Randall, without his direction and encouragement I would of just coasted on without really making any improvements as I have done in other gyms previously.
