EDH physio has helped me hugely lately with a very tricky hamstring and a dysfunctional glute muscle. I would highly recommend working with them!

Emma has helped me with several areas and always produces results. I especially like her forensic identification of the problem and the friends I have referred say the same!

Fantastic experience! In just one appointment I got a long-term lower back issue sorted (and given some self-management techniques to keep me pain-free). and much freer movement in my neck and shoulders. I didn't know this hidden gem existed on my doorstep. I'll be back to try out some of the other services for sure. More...

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Achieving fitness goals is abut first of all sitting down and finding out what the barriers to achieving goals might be. Until you remove the barriers you can't start making progress. Its also important to try and set a long term and short term goal, with the long term goal being something to really strive for. The best long term goals are ones that you can only imagine yourself doing in the present.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Be realistic! Have you ever had the body of your dreams? What is your body type? Also, how hard are you willing to work? If you want the body of an athlete its a full time job. You have to eat right, sleep right and train right.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the moment when people see they can do it, the moment they have changed their life and their habits
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to create a team of people that could deliver a full spectrum of services to properly take a client through rehabillitation and back to performance.
Why should our clients choose you?
One price for all services means clients can chose what they access on each visit. You may start in physiotherapy then see the pilates instructor and finally on to strength and conditioning. The practice can adapt to your needs depending on your rate of development.
