Effective, efficient, friendly... Perfect!

I'd like to give 10 stars if allowed. Very efficient and effective!

ED turned up at 9.a.m. as he said he would and after a chat and investigation he examined the boiler and came to the conclusion that the problem was electrical. He called an electrician he attended very quickly and with him correctly identified the problem part which was rectified. It was apparent to me that Ed was a professional who knew what he was doing and had connections in the trade. Before completion he tested the boiler for emmisions and found a small fault. He turned the boiler off , contacted where he could he could find a part to fix this and said he would turn up with it the next morning. This he did and fitted it.Job done.
Later that day I had reason to contact him again regarding a small problem. Ed turned up within 20 minutes, showed me the solution and that was it.
I have no hesitation in finding him trustworthy,easy to get on with and would recommend him.

ED turned up on time and after examining the boiler identified the likely problem which was electrical. He contacted an electrician who came very soon after . With him the problem was identified and fixed.
It was apparent to me that Ed knew what he was doing and I had confidence in him. On completion he found a small escape of CO2 . He turned the boiler off and next morning he obtained the part and fixed the problem. Later that day after he had left I had reason to contact him again. Within 20 minutes he turned up and pointed out the solution to me.
Ed is reliable and is easy to get on with. He cares about doing a good job and proper job. I have no hesitation in recommending him.
