Valdi and his team at Dymek just completed a loft conversion at my home. I was a bit stressed about this job as we had moved into a property that had the structure of loft rooms but no insulation, or building regs and one of the rooms was to be a bathroom. Waldi had very keen pricing and was a very enthusiastic about the job. I had a good feeling about him from the start so we hired him without hesitation. This proved to be the right move as I would say he and his team were very trustworthy and hardworking. He also gave us lots of suggestions and advice, offering alternative ideas from his experience with loft conversions on what works well and what might be a better approach – never to actually increase the job cost, I must say, but always with a view on what is best for the build or say with a view of the best insulation for the rooms.
RSJ steel beams needed to be installed along with the bathroom and heating all being plumbed in, plastering, decorating, tiling, lighting and electrics, these were all done to a high standard I am pleased to say. We have the building regulations approved and I now have a beautiful bedroom and bathroom in our former loft space that we could not even use for storage before.
