I recently visited Drift Limits for a supercar driving experience, but unfortunately, my encounter was marred by several concerning issues that significantly detracted from the overall enjoyment.
Firstly, the booking process was misleading and seemed geared towards upselling unnecessary upgrades. Initially advised to pay an extra £60 for an automatic car, I later discovered that the chosen experience could accommodate automatic cars without this costly upgrade. This approach feels disingenuous and left me questioning the integrity of their customer advice.
Secondly, despite booking and paying for 8 laps per person, we were told we would only receive 4 laps each. This inconsistency and lack of transparency in fulfilling the booking are deeply disappointing.
Moreover, the overall organization and management of the event were severely lacking. We booked for a 2:00pm session but ended up waiting for hours due to overbooking issues & only got in a car after 4:30pm. This mismanagement not only caused frustration but also resulted in wasted time and undermined the special occasion we were there to celebrate.
Additionally, the condition of the car provided was substandard and unacceptable. The vehicle displayed signs of neglect, including visible moss growth between the mirrors and malfunctioning windscreen wipers. Such poor maintenance reflects poorly on Drift Limits' commitment to customer satisfaction and safety. – Drift Limits have denied these issues to me but I saw them very clearly.
To make matters worse, my attempt to address these issues directly with Drift Limits was met with a dismissive response. Their reply was brief, and they did not seem interested in investigating or acknowledging most of the issues raised, instead deflecting by referring to terms and conditions that were not adequately disclosed prior to the experience.
In summary, my experience at Drift Limits was marred by misleading practices, poor organization, and a lack of attention to basic service standards. I would caution anyone considering their services to thoroughly evaluate alternatives before committing to Drift Limits. They value money more than customer service.
I expect Drift Limits to respond to this review with an explanation for each point how somehow it was the customers fault & explained in the t&c’s I accepted etc, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend trusting their response in the slightest.

A great experience flying around the track in the Tesla Model S! My instructor Ben was friendly, encouraging, and extremely calm. I very pleased to have him in the passenger seat guiding me around the track, helping me to go a little quicker! The track is quite short, which in itself isn’t a problem, it’s great fun and challenging to drive for a beginner, but my eight laps did seem to go too quickly! A special mention for Sam, who did our sighting and flying laps; he was really knowledgable, a great teacher, and it was absolutely terrifying how fast he was able to get quite an ordinary car around the track! Great day out, well organised and really accommodating. We went as a family with two young children and a pushchair for the f1000 experience. What a fantastic day at Drift Limits. My instructor Josh made me feel comfortable and right at home. I had to wait longer than usual and they offered me a free upgrade to compensate which I was very grateful of and never expected. Very accommodating and a great chance to learn and hone in my skills behind a nissan skyline. I had been gifted a three car experience, went for the Dodge viper, 1968 mustang, and Audi R8. Rishi was my instructor for the mustang and the R8 and he was amazing to drive with, kept encouraging me to push it in areas where I was taking it easy and was great at guiding me through the track. Purchased some hot laps for my 8 year old son. When we arrived the venue had changed massively since my last visit 5+ years ago, however we signed in and got out to the waiting area so we could check out the cars. Great experience as always. Took 1-1 drifting lessons with Adam and he was excellent. His techniques helped me put together drifts just 40 mins into out 2 hour session. Very chill guy, Adam made learning fun. Definitely recommend drfit limits for both drifting and supercar experiences. Just remember to directly book with them to avoid booking issues and expect that if the start time say 8.30 you’ll only really be in a car by like 9.30-10 because there is a safety briefing and then sighting laps for everyone and it takes a while. We had an amazing experience at drift limits yesterday! I booked as a gift for my partner to do the drift experience. While I was excited for him I thought I would be in for a long boring day at the sidelines! WOW how wrong was I! The viewing section was perfect and had a huge thrill just watching him on his experience. Totally fuelled by watching him on his experience I opted for a few “hotlaps” while there.. we travelled some way so why not while we were there. I was not disappointed!! I wanted something to give me the thrill of if a lifetime the kind you need to hold onto your seat! I opted for the atom driven by JC and he was amazing made me feel safe and comfortable and went above and beyond to make my experience exhilarating!! Huge thank you to him!! It was unbelievable even as just a passenger I lost my breath flying around that track! I was shaking getting out of the car and JC was brilliant in keeping me calm but also building that excitement swapping those nerves for excitement was what made my experience I couldn’t recommend enough and my partner walked away from his experience totally thrilled and wanting to do it all all over again! I booked a morning slot online thinking it would be around 10/11am. When I received an email that it was for 8am, I tried to change to booking to a different day for a later time. They charged me £84 just to change the booking. Even though I changed to a weekday and weekday bookings are usually cheaper. When I explained £84 is too much so I’ll just keep the booking at 8am, they said my slot was cancelled and no longer available so I was forced to pay the extra £84 just to change the booking date. Great place for a drifting experience. I purchased the 'experience drifting' package with 4 sighting laps and 8 driving laps. All the staff I spoke to on the day were nice and friendly. I have to mention my instructor for the day, Phil. He was great! Made me feel comfortable and enjoy the experience that much more! Firstly, only reason it’s not 5 star is due to the waiting time and planning re getting our experience sorted (seemed the F1000 experiences were double booked on track with the Jordan F1 car experience).
