Avoid avoid avoid…. This review of dream bathrooms is a last resort as they won’t engage with me after months of trying. My bathroom is 18 months old. There is grout falling out in various places. We’ve had a leak. The toilet has leaked. The fan has not worked properly since it was fitted. Now doesn’t work at all. This company heralds a 2 year guarantee with their fit. I’ve been fobbed off numerous times with promises of phone calls back. They will come next week. I’ve emailed. I’ve phoned. I’ve left what’s app voice notes. Nothing. One of them even tried to tell me he’s not with the company anymore and couldn’t help. His phone number is on the website!!. I am now having to contact trading standards and small claims court to action getting my 18 month old bathroom fixed. Absolutely atrocious. They will happily build it for you. But they won’t support the aftercare. Avoid this company at all costs. More...

Can highly recommend Dream Bathrooms from start to finish nothing is any trouble. They turn up when they say they will and also offer help and great advice. They have totally transformed my bathroom, en-suite, downstairs toilet and tiled my hall, kitchen and dining room floors all to a very high standard.
