Note to admin: please email me and I will share with you all the evidence to prove this is NOT a fake review, but reflects mine (and many other parents') experience. This setting is being reported to UK Trading Standards. Thank you.

Review:

I am writing this review as a parent of a child who has been attending one of the clubs in Medway so I wanted to share my personal opinion for other parents to be wary of. While the club itself might offer good training (we do not know as nothing to compare it and as parents we are not allowed to be there when kids train), our experience with the management, specifically the CEO Matt, has been deeply concerning.

This is an expression of my personal viewpoint based on my interactions in the club's Whatsapp group and my direct interactions with the CEO.

There have been multiple instances where the CEO has shown a lack of respect and professionalism towards parents. Genuine questions asked by us in the Whatsapp group have been consistently and automatically deleted or ignored, rather than addressed. I personally got removed from the group for asking a question and others have suffered the same.

Other parents have noticed this rude behaviour too and this type of behavior not only reflects poorly on the club's management but also creates an environment of mistrust and disrespect. Due to these ongoing issues, and particularly the recent interactions with the CEO who does not acknowledge nor apologises for his rudeness (deleting parents' messages and not responding to our questions or concerns), we have decided to withdraw our child from the setting and are actively seeking an alternative MMA training provider.

It is disheartening to see a potentially good club being overshadowed by such unprofessional behavior from its leadership who lack basic empathy skills and some really simple customer care.

My intention in providing this feedback is to highlight the importance of respectful and open communication. It is crucial for any business, especially one involved with children's activities, to maintain a respectful and open line of communication with parents.

I hope this feedback serves as a wake-up call for the management to improve their approach towards customer engagement and respect.

Please also note that the Club demands a 3 month notice and if your child no longer wishes to attend, you are still required to pay. For this reason, we are reporting them to UK Trading Standars as it's not a fair practice.
