What kind of accounting services do you provide?
We provide Commercial Accountancy services ranging from Bookkeeping tasks like sales & purchase ledger duties, credit control, payroll, VAT to advanced Financial Controller services such as cash flow forecasting, accrual & prepayments, production of management accounts, budgeting, sales & cost forecasting, variance analysis, management information & general MA analysis.
Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?
This is so that the business owners/directors can get a clear picture of the performance of the company and ensure that enough profit is being made and that costs are under control.
Additionally, there are numerous regulations & laws that must be adhered to, which is why accountancy must be implemented within each business.
Lastly, financial work is invaluable to make monitor the health of the company and react before any issues arise, instead of finding out far too late and businesses being in jeopardy.
What do you love most about your job?
In regards to the various services we provide - I appreciate the insight it gives me of each business and how it allows me to introduce things that will massively help a client's business, all while allowing the client to do what they do best and push the company forward.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been massively entrepreneurial, and so I knew it was what I wanted to do ever since I was younger and so I found through my own previous experience as a business owner and providing company's with Bookkeeping services that business owners can VERY easily become distracted and too busy to properly run their business, so Doddul was created as a fix!
Why should our clients choose you?
We prioritise Flexibility and Communication within our businesses, which provides our customers with full control over our services and the operations within their company.
Our policy towards Flexibility is that our clients have FULL control over the hours we work, if they would like us to 60 hours in one week and then not work for the following 5 weeks, that is totally up to that customer. Additionally, we will adapt and cater to anything that is asked of us, so we are perfectly adaptable to our client's needs.
When it comes to communication we try to make things as quick and easy as possible, we open up a instant messenger service with each client, a software so that they can add/remove jobs and monitor our progress and we provide Support Managers to all our customers who are immediately available by phone and visit or video call our clients at least once a month to check up and make sure things are going well.
