Avoid DJL Heating and Plumbing Company at all costs!

We had a plumbing emergency over the weekend and our young adult contacted DJL Heating and Plumbing Company for help. The plumber finally arrived with no equipment and asked for more money to hire a “special machine” to resolve the issue. We waited for another three days and the plumber disappeared. In total, our family member had paid £210 for nothing. The service was not provided and we wasted precious time and money. Dave did not reply to our numerous phone calls and emails. I had a pump and a electrical socket which needed installing. I put the job on Bark and DJL replied promptly. There wasn’t any expensive call out fee, they just viewed the pictures which I put on the Bark website and then gave me an hourly rate and told me how long, approximately, the job would take. This I found very agreeable and arranged for them to come round two days later. They turned up on time and got on with job, explaining what they were doing at each step and also gave me energy saving tips. When the job was finished they made sure that the pump operated as required. A very satisfactory and affordable job. Would use them again and recommend them to others. More...
