Yes and no, I can complete a lot of work by telephone, email and post but when it comes to viewing a property or signing up a tenant this must be done in person.

If you require assistance in dealing with anti social behaviour then I am able to assist.
If you need me to carry out an in-depth affordability assessment in order to work out how much the tenant will be entitled to in welfare benefits then I can help.
