What makes a great website?
A great website is one that does the job for which it was intended, is pleasing to the eye and leaves users feeling well served.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Websites: why do you want a website and what do you want it to do? A surprising number of people just know they want a website, but have never asked themselves these two questions.
Copywriting: who are trying to reach and what do you want to tell them? Written language can be tailored to suit all different people with many different needs.
What do you love most about your job?
Coming up with an end product that delights the customer - it's very rewarding!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to work flexibly around my children doing something that I enjoy - I'm very lucky!
Why should our clients choose you?
As a small organisation, we offer a very friendly service. Many of our clients start out by apologising for how little they know about the service they need and have found larger organisations either too intimidating to approach in the first place or a little overwhelming once they have made an initial enquiry.
We can build a website or improve a piece of written English very quickly, but we are also happy to take however much time and give however much guidance the client needs. We enjoy the process of working with clients to produce a finished product with which they are happy and we don't have any targets to meet or goals to reach outside of that!
