We are BIAS. We are inclined to only work with companies that understand the need for comprehensive digital marketing and lead generation strategies. We love helping brands and businesses humanise their digital marketing activities. By putting the customer (yes a human being) back in focus and building your marketing and sales communications around that. Our partnerships with agencies are global giving us access to information, research and understanding of local and domestic as well as international market places.

I was inspired to start my own business because in my previous employed capacity I was not allowed to move into departments that used technology to deliver change, even though I was often taken out of the day to day to head projects up. I have a knack for seeing how things should work using technology and so I started my own agency allowing me to flourish doing what I do best. The three awards in the past 3 years also go some way to backing up my decision. Now we love helping others succeed as we get a kick out of the success of others.

I would never tell a client to choose BIAS. A client should speak to us and ask enough questions to establish our credentials and credibility to deliver upon what we are being asked. We have worked with the worlds biggest companies as well as smaller more local businesses and we retain a lot of our business. In fact, our partners (as we prefer to call them) stay for years, our longest relationship is four years which is good for an agency of our size. So, as we are all about putting the customer or person at the centre of our partners' strategies, we also ensure we always see our partners as people and not numbers, bank balances or a business name.

Services

Bias specialise in web design services. We primarily utilise Wordpress for websites as the CMS is globally recognised and easy to manage. Typically we build websites on a retained model, so a monthly fee as opposed to the traditional 50% up front and 50% when complete. Our packages include hosting, unlimited changes (content and images) and plugin updates as a minimum. Our advanced package includes on-going monthly SEO. Our pricing enables you to easily combine a website with one of our inbound marketing or conversational marketing campaigns.

Have you heard of Inbound Marketing? Growth Hacking or Growth Marketing? They are all very similar by nature, except whereby a technical product is being built, such as a software platform.

Inbound Marketing is the leading strategy for businesses to decrease sales cycles, increase authority in their industry and increase qualified leads. To do this, we bring all of the digital channels together to one combined ambition. This includes content writing (blogging), podcasts, video production, social media, email marketing, landing pages, lead magnets (ebooks, webinars etc) and much more.

Prices are available upon request but start around £1500 per month for a small business. BIAS has won 3 awards in the past 3 years for inbound marketing campaigns and services.

BIAS is a combined consultative agency. In 2017 our CEO Paul Sullivan merged his agency and consulting businesses into a single-vehicle.

As an independent Management Consultant, he helped organisations to solve issues, create value, maximise growth and improve business performance. Using my business skills to provide objective advice and expertise, and help an organisation to develop any specialist skills that it may be lacking.

His primary focus concerned the strategy, structure, management and operations of a company. The role is to identify options for the organisation and suggest recommendations for change, as well as advising on additional resources to implement solutions.

Consulting PS offers end-to-end solutions using his specialist expertise and skills in certain industry areas. He merged Consulting PS in 2017 with his marketing agency to become BIAS and have won 3 business awards since.
