What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
This starts at the planning stage, when I work closely with the client regarding, timings, programming of the entertainment and most important the selection of the music type and entertainment required. On the day it's key to remain flexible, friendly and alert to changing circumstances and to engage with and involve the audience in the performance whenever possible and appropriate.
How would you describe your ‘style’?
I work extremely hard to make sure that my performance is delivered in a professional and enjoyable manner. I have a pleasant tenor voice with a good range and thoroughly enjoy performing for all ages and audience types. I regularly perform at concerts, public events, weddings, parties, corporate and charity events. I can sing songs from many different genre and know well over 250 songs from stars such as The Rat Pack, Tony Bennett, Tom Jones, Michael Buble, Elvis Presley, Neil Diamond, Robbie Williams and many others. As a DJ I am extremely diligent and make sure the music keeps people dancing, whilst always happy to take requests.
What do you love most about your job?
Giving people a good time is what I love the most and of course singing and playing the music.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working for myself allows me to choose what gigs I want to do and allows me the time and scope to learn new skills and songs, which I can offer to my clients. For example I am currently improving my guitar skills to enable me to deliver an acoustic set at weddings and concerts.
Why should our clients choose you?
Since starting in 2011 I have never let a client down and have always delivered a performance to a high standard. I ensure that I arrive and set up in good time and whenever possible stick to the agreed entertainment plan, only changing this, when required due to circumstances on the day. I offer good quality entertainment at an affordable, cost effective price.
