They are totally professional, cleaning to a super-high standard, and leave my house shining and spotless with the mountains of laundry dealt with completely efficiently. I feel it is is more of a partnership than a contract, and they go out of their way to accommodate requests from my clients, changing changeover days and all sorts, that really help the smooth running of my holiday rental business. DFL have been looking after my holiday home for over a year now, and I feel they love it as much as I do! This is a review from one of our clients who doesn't have a Google account.
We own a beautiful cottage in Cornwall which is used for holiday lets.
The cottage has a five star rating and is typically let for around thirty weeks each year.
We have owned the cottage, which is set in its own grounds of over thirty acres, for almost forty years. It is very precious to us and given that it has a five star rating the cleaning and maintenance has to be of a consistently high standard. Since 2015 we have been using DFL Services to do the changeover cleaning and laundry. We have been delighted with them. We have found them to be completely reliable, totally trustworthy and highly efficient with all their work being done on time to a very high standard. We have received extremely positive feedback from people renting the cottage about the cleanliness and presentation of the property.
It is a pleasure to do business with the proprietors of the business, Luke and Rosie Newark-Smith. They are always available if needed, are completely reliable, have great experience of the cleaning business and are very likeable people of the highest integrity. We have no hesitation whatsoever in wholeheartedly recommending them and DFL Services.
