Great if the owner isn't there, been a regular there for 26 years, spending over £100 a week, now for some unknown reason, prob because I have set up a music business has treated me with the upmost distain in the past few weeks, many other regulars the same, but after years of defending the idiot owner he now treats me with the same brush, great when Sian and John are there, so poss worth A visit, on a Thurs but would now rather have my head shuvef up a dead horses bottom than give the idiot my money, he was given the business, never had a job, and thus his management skills, and customer service is horrendous, so much so I'd rather be served by a rottweiler that hadn't been fed for a year, gutted to be writing this but I am so offended my loyalty has been treated like this, a place to about except Thursdays

Good luck trying to get a refund. Concert cancelled due to Covid. Said they would refund but then ignored the emails. Stick to selling vinyl cause thats all they are good for!!!!

I remember when Derrick's had a shop in Port Talbot, it was sorely missed when they closed it.Love the one in Swansea, it may be small but it has a massive selection of vinyl and CD's. Often go in there to look for rarities, and will quite often find them.Longstanding family business, great staff who are a pleasure to talk to and have lots of good advice and very knowledgeable about music.They also run a ticket service for up and coming gigs, both locally and also further afield.
