Place is clean cut ticket office is really helpful getting you the best info and price in oldschool style that I really like with IT Wizz art, Well parking is a money grabbing rip of and I am kind and soft spoken. Bus connection feels almost minimal specially on the evenings and weekends so you will pay for taxi that makes your travel pricier so May as well just have your own car and be independent, unless you manage to get a seat that you better pay for and using the time for nod off or some laptop work. It took 90 minutes to travel the 9 miles or so to get there for my 8:29am train, from Emerson's Green area. I know it's not Parkway's fault, just a warning if you don't travel by train often, like me. Station staff I encountered were friendly and helpful, as I was very stressed. If the train hadn't been running 10 minutes late, I would have missed it. In the car park, I feel they need more ticket machines as I only found one on the ground level. This added to my stress. the amount of patient waiting for pathway 1 in hospital and the increase number of failed discharges from hospital into community.
