I offer talking therapy in a confidential, safe and relaxing environment. It may be easier to talk about personal issues, in an alternative place, with someone who is not involved and is totally non-judgemental.
Counselling is my passion! I believe we were born to be real. ..not perfect. My belief in the process, how it works and in particular how the working alliance can help you to move forward never stops.

Person Centred Counselling is a non-directive approach. It provides therapeutic support and enables you, the client, to utilise free thinking. It is a highly effective way of personal growth. Person Centred Counselling arms you with the opportunity to become more self-aware and more in control of creating positive changes.

As a qualified CBT therapist I also use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques. How you as the client think, feel and behave. In certain situations, the triggers.

This coupled with the person centred therapy could be an ideal combination to work on yourself.
