Standard Design Package
- Initial brief: The process begins with a client brief of the project to understand the narrative of the space. With a clearer picture of client needs and visions, we discuss style preferences, approximate budgets, the nature of the building and a timeline.
- Concept design: Return to the client with bespoke mood boards, 2D space plans and finishes. Here we further narrow down ideas and finalise designs, which can be showcased through visuals upon request.
- Detailed Design Package: Provide a full working drawing package for construction, and finishes, furniture and styling schedules to client.
- Hand-over: Seamless hand-over of working drawings ready for contractor formats.
Premium Design Package
- Standard package: as above.
- Site visits: Conduct site visits throughout construction/fit-out, amending drawings accordingly. Offer consultation and advice.
- Project completion: Conduct as-built survey upon completion and handover drawings, including working drawing file and 3DSmax if applicable.
Interior Visualisation
- Set of interior visuals to bring design to life, and help clients envision the potential of their space.
