What do you love most about your job?
I still remember the feeling of buying my first home. Being able to help others do the same really does give you that feel good factor.
Why should our clients choose you?
I put myself in the clients position. I don't beat around the bush or overcomplicate things by using jargon. I'm just a normal guy who happens to be a Mortgage Advisor. If I can help I will. If I can't, I'll let you know, and why, so you can look at a plan B and hopefully help you with that Plan B.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes. If the client feels comfortable and confident then video call such as Zoom can be arranged. However I can also attend the clients property or they can visit my office.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Video calls have been implemented removing the need for a face to face service or if the client is visiting my office then we have made arrangements such as adhering to social distancing, installing hand sanitizers and improved ventilation in the building.
