I chose Dampair after having several companies out previously to do a survey for me which left me somewhat confused about the condensation problem I was experiencing. I felt that Dampair were clear and offered good advice, Richard the local rep was very helpful, honest, friendly and did not push at all for a sale. He was readily available to answer follow up questions after the initial visit and offered good advice. He arrived punctually for visits even though we had road diversions locally and he kept me updated with insulation arrangements. Steve the fitter was also very professional in his approach and was ready to answer my questions - he left my house nice and tidy after completing the work.I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Dampair provided us with a couple of options with our quotation, once we had agreed the work date was confirmed, all this happened very quickly and we weren’t kept waiting. Richard and his team finished the work today, it took exactly the amount of time estimated and they have done a very professional job. We are so pleased with the work we cannot recommend them enough. Fantastic professional advice to remedy my ongoing damp issues. I had three so called professional/national companies assess the problems I am experiencing with various high level quotes to rectify the problem.

I then called in DampAir to provide me an optional opinion in addition to the other 'Sales Quotes'. Richard Stokes was able to offer me a far more transparent solution by way of physically showing me evidence of the underlying issue. What I could see in his report evidenced the route-cause of my damp issues.

We discovered a small patch of mould on our dining room wall. Having looked on the internet, we found Dampair situated locally in Worcester. We arranged a site visit within a couple of days, decided on the best course of action, which was a PIV ventilation unit in the loft. A mutually convenient date for fitting was arranged where the engineer turned up, on time, and fitted the unit with the minimum of fuss, and no mess, within 2 hours. Payment was arranged and all certification provided, two weeks from initial contact to completion of the work. The results have been noticed immediately, no window condensation and after less than a week, have cleaned the wallpaper where the mould had been without leaving any marks. Brilliant. I would not hesitate in recommending Dampair to examine and advise on the best course of action if your property is suffering for damp and associated problems. More...

I had been experiencing some damp issues in my property for some time now and had had various national so called 'Damp Experts' in to assess the problem. I wasn't convinced about their recommendations so kept search on the internet for reputable companies. I happened to find DampAir purely by chance, I liked their Website so left my details. Within 2/3 hours I received a call from Richard who was very professional in his response compared to the other I had spoken to so asked him to visit and diagnose the root-cause of the damp in my house. Richard attended within three days of my enquiry and diagnosed my problem efficiently and advised in installing a PIV.
