What do you love most about your job?
We love coming up with design solutions for planning permission including extension, annex and summerhouses. Also, Product design detailing including: protype drawings, steel fabrication details and pataint application. As-well-as interior room layouts and marine design. But most importantly achieving what the client envisions and leaving them happy with their designs.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To be a small business and take pride in our work. Unlike big corporations we want give every client a product which suit them and their ideas. We enjoy getting to know our customer and guiding them through design process whether it be product design, room layout or planning permission. Most importantly we get satisfaction seeing a simple sketch or idea made into a reality.

We are an honest, experienced, and fairly priced. Our team members have over 14 years experiences in various fields this includes: drafting, site surveying, rendering, material knowledge, construction methods and knowledge of marine environments.
Furthermore, If you are after planning permission please be assured we have a comprehensive knowledge of planning regulations and requirements, so we can give you the best chance for planning approval.

Most of our work can be accomplished remotely for CAD orient projects, such as product design and other 2D and 3D drawings. However, for planning permission drawings we do require an up-to-date site surveys and recent photographs. It is also important to visually inspect the property location, to see if we can use a neighbour’s extension for design precedent. Also, during the site survey, we can take details about your neighbours’ properties, to look for overlooking windows, boundary lines and identify any foreseeable issues. Though we will always make the best effort to suit your requirements.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We email our customers, before visiting, to see if any PPE is required. This is to protect any vulnerable clients or just to put them at ease.
