What makes a great website?
Three things. It has to be appealing to the users eye, it must be easy to use and navigate for a fluid experience and it must be optimized for todays SEO's standards which are changing every single day!
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
The biggest question is what is making you want to work with ourselves and why you think this will help your organisation? We're always available to help but we like our clients being involved in the project as much as they can. We understand that our clients are passionate about the projects and businesses we work on so we want to make the experience with us as professional and fun as possible.
Describe your creative process.
Our creative process is starting with your vision. Only our clients knows what they want, our creative input is always appreciated and we aim to assist as much as possible but we like to get our clients involved as much as possible for a transparent experience.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
First we start with the simple stuff (Name, Contact Details, Address) - then to progress with the project we will take a 50% deposit on the start of the project and will collect 50% at the end.
What do you love most about your job?
What we love most about our job is the praise and satisfaction from one of our clients having a positive experience with us. Our main goal is to positively impact your project or organisation as much as we can and hopefully make a friend for life we can work with in the future!
