We used cdt a few years ago and all was well . this time the customer service was good but we feel that they only deserve 1 star as we will have to pay a 20% yes twenty percent restocking charge for the tiles we will have to return as there is no way we will ever use the tiles. Should we need any tiles at any time methinks that we will use another supplier that does not charge for returns.Further my post the manager Jonn rang me and we came to a mutual agreement, the level of response was amzaing and vey helpful so that is why we have increaed our rating to 5 stars well done cdt More...
