It's OK for a wander around. If you're going to the Quays shopping centre there's not much in there at all but a few outlet shops and a Costa. It gets more activity from people walking through following watching something at the Lowery. More...

Overall OK shopping centre, not fully opened. Conveniently placed to use the parking lot as there is plenty of places to walk around and enjoy the quays area and walk around the waterfront.

Q&As

We need to check if the walls and floor are insulated, if not, insulation should be applied if it's going to join your living room or kitchen.
You don't need a planning permission for garage conversion in many cases.

The outer walls needs to ne insulated by proper insulation between walls or doing timbers on walls and fit insulation on them. The floor should have a thin aluminium insulation. The garage door needs to be brick up and leave an opening for a window to fit. A door opening to the house should get done and the ceiling should have wool glass insulation of 300mm before boarding up.

The first step is to get an architectural design and apply for planning permission. This is very easy to get approved. Then you need pass the design to an architectural engineer for calculations if required.( you may need this calculations when you apply for a permission).

Scaffolding is required for loft conversion. In some cases, a temporary roof should be installed during the conversion. If steel beams are designed to fit for the loft flooring, then the existing ceiling may need to come out and fit again after the steel beams are in place. Once the loft structure is built and is water sealed, then interior partitions and boarding will get started. The insulation of the roof and walls of the loft should follow the regulations so the building control can approve the job. The building control will sign every steps of conversion and they may ask you to change the whole house interior doors from normal to fire doors except toilets.

I have been in this business for 3 years in the UK and 5 years in my back home country.

We guarantee our work for 5 years. We issue certificates for electrical work and the building control to approve every single process of the work.

Building huge houses, team work and result of each work.

I studied engineering at university and I liked solving problems, calculations and so mathematics. I love this job as we are most of the time dealing with static calculations specifically if we have demolitions or steel beams fitting. So thinking, calculations, team management and risk assessments are my favorites which I have been successful in past years. I was doing building work during the time I was studying at university and it becomes more serious to me after finishing university. I decided to have my business and run it in a unique way which I like.

Quality of work, attention to details, listening to clients needs.

In some case, it's possible to give advice over the phone. But not all.
Photos will also help a bit but not 100 percent. After a lot of experiences we face hidden problems during the work so in some jobs we can't tell what's going behind unless we dig into it to see what is the best for the next step. A simple example is like ripping off the wall papers for painting. But then you may see the wall has got damp of loose plaster and so it needs to reach to the brick and boarding up again/skimming before painting.

Most of te time, we are alone in the building and so we don't have close contacts to others in case of viruses like Covid-19.
We also have our safety equipment like masks all the time,

Services

We do full house refurbishment, from the base to finishing. We also issue certificate for gas and electricity.

We can help you and walk you through the process of applying for the planning permission and start the project up to finishing. Building control will approve every steps of building process.

We start from the base, meaning we make the foundation ready, floor insulation, brick up to 1 metre and supply and fit windows and French door ,then we do tilling roof which is the most appropriate roofing.
