Price was good but you get what you pay for, initially I thought they had done a good job as they arrived on time & worked all day to completion but on reflection & further inspection I found the quality of work to be quite poor. I'm not happy with the finishing of the frames with bulky sealant all around & also, they are differences in length size at either side overlapping at the top. Kitchen windows was scratched in the middle, they did a few days later. I then Called them out a few weeks later to say about frames etc & was told once I redecorate I can call & they come fix the sealant problem, tbh I won't I'm having them back. I left my details for the company to get back to me, and Donna responded to me within a day and arranged Mick to come out as soon as she could for him to take measurements of our windows. No hard sales pitch or pressure took place during the visit, it only took Mick 5 to 10 minutes to get what he needed and gave us a great quote the day after. Mick was very informative from the beginning to the end. Once everything took off, Callum, David, Ryan and Steven worked non-stop for about 4-5 hours and were happy to answer all of my questions regarding our new windows. They also left the place very tidy after they finished. Mick came out and measured up, no sales pitch no pressure, emailed me an hour later with an unbelievable fair quote, booked me in a week later and the boys got all the work done in one day, four boys worked non stop to get the job done, don't think they stopped all day, left my house tidy when finished too, great product, great service and unbelievable prices, would highly recommend, in fact I have, my partner's mother is going to give them a call as she has just been let down 3 times by another company who have fleeced her for a deposit too, Mick would never do this.
