We come up with ideas. If you like them, we proceed, if you don't, we work together to find the best one.

What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
It depends on the project. But most importantly is: who is going to be looking at the end product? Why does this thing need to exist? Why are you doing what you are doing? What story are we telling? Who are we telling it to? And what change/action do you want to elicit from an audience?
We need a retainer payment to start any project.
