I love helping business owners with their employees, one of their main assets and ensuring they have the correct systems and procedures in place to make their business a place where people wish to work and have a successful career whilst also making more profit for the company with great customer service.

I started my own business because I wished to be able to offer my skills, knowledge & qualifications to businesses who are not fortunate enough to have an in house HR Dept but wish their business to offer everything you would get in a bigger business but at a fraction of the price. Our advice is fully accredited & insured and others exactly the same as you would get from a Solicitor as we are educated / trained to Solicitor level but able to offer our services at a fraction of the price.

They should choose Consensus HR because we can take the pain out of employing people and ensure that their business is providing everything they need to provide to ensure they are legal but also working to best practice. This also helps to make them become an employer of choice and have a fully motivated, educated and performing team to meet the needs of the business and its customers.

Tribunal Indemnity Insurance Included!

As part of the comprehensive monthly package we offer all our clients Employment Tribunal (ET) Indemnity Insurance as experience shows that even when you have carried out everything reasonably and correctly and within the law that there is always someone that is determined to make an ET claim. This allows you to have the confidence that as long as you have followed our advice correctly that should it come to an ET claim that you will be covered for the costs of legal representation.

At Consensus HR we understand that times change and only therefore ask our clients to sign up for a comprehensive legally insured service for one year and find that our clients stay with us for well in excess of this, signing on a yearly basis for another years HR support.
