A few months ago, I had an infestation of blue bottles which seemed to be getting worse each day. I narrowed it down to the kitchen, and suspected it was under the cushions. I mentioned the problem to Des and he came to my house straight away after mentioning they would need a food source. I naively thought this would be one of the dogs biscuits. Des said it was more likely to be a dead bird or a rat. I freaked out but thought it was unlikely (obviously I’m not a pest control expert). Des found two dead rats within ½ hour in my house. He then informed a local builder, and by the end of the day all entry and exit points were concreted with broken glass so the rats couldn’t gnaw their way through. The manhole where they had come in through the drains and left a number of holes was also blocked with concrete and glass. Excellent customer service and communication. They came out to the house to remove a wasp nest. The first treatment didnt work but they had told me that it may not. The second treatment was free of charge and prompt. They also found a second nest which I was unaware of. Overall I couldnt fault them. From start to finish excellent service all round. Punctual, efficient, polite and professional, very glad I chose these guys.
Initially I had presumed it was a rat problem in my loft, we set up for that however it turned out to be squirrels so he adjusted for that and eliminated the problem.
I highly recommend and will use again if i need to.
