What do you love most about your job?
The variety of dealing with businesses of all types and sizes and the challenges of the different employee issues which arise in each.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked in a senior HR role in education for some years I wanted to work in a greater variety of sectors and also wanted the flexibility and freedom on being a business owner.
Why should our clients choose you?
There are many HR providers in the UK. Many businesses immediately go to the bigger national players in the industry and subscribe to standard packages provided by these companies. Colden HR believes strongly that there is no 'one size fits all' solution to HR. Whilst many of the legal principles remain the same, the correct HR solutions are those which fit the nature, size, preferences and culture of the individual business. This is why we like to work closely with our clients, establish a face to face relationship, understand how they work and know the type of approach that will best suit them.
