We recently stayed at this hotel and from arriving to leaving the service was exceptional. Every staff member went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. The building is gorgeous and charming. The room was to a high standard spotlessly clean and comfortable. There was a bottle of prosecco on ice, chocolate and flowers on arrival. The food and drinks were delightful. Breakfast too did not disappointment. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and its within walking distance to the bay. Not that we went as the choice of cocktails at Culleys and with the food in the restaurant we didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back. More...

Absolutely loved our afternoon at the Harry Potter themed afternoon tea. We attended one just before Christmas pre covid and were just as blown away today as we were back then. Delicious afternoon tea followed by a quiz hosted by Josh and Cally which the kids and adults alike loved. I cant recommend this event enough for the Harry potter fan in your life More...

The public areas and bedroom were very tired. Our room was sparsely furnished and decorated. It had also not been cleaned very well. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. But I just felt that the beautiful setting had been let down by a poor refurbishment. More...

We recently enjoyed visiting Culleys Restaurant whilst staying in Cardiff for a 4 day holiday and meeting up with friends. There were 6 in our party and we ate at Culleys for 3 nights during which we all had various options from the menu. The food was presented and cooked to perfection as well as being reasonably priced. The ambiance in the restaurant was so comfortable that our party stayed chatting long after we had finished our meals. The staff were extremely attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them in ensuring we had a great experience. If you want to enjoy such a lovely evening of fine dining at this restaurant then do give it a try, you will not be disappointed. The Management and staff at Culleys should be congratulated on creating such a fabulous venue, serving the best food menu in the area in such a comfortable environment. Well done to everyone for making our visits so enjoyable. 5 Stars all round !!! More...

Booked today's Sunday lunch with Santa last minute due to new rules cancelling original plans - and I'm very glad they did! ! Right from the booking staff were so helpful and didn't stop making a fuss, even those not dressed as Elves! Food was tasty, could of ate more 😋 and Santa ... well he surely is the real deal!! Thank you for making it as safe and normal as possible, even though she cried I am thrilled our girl got to see Santa for her first Christmas. Well Done All - Merry Christmas xx More...

We visited for Festive Afternoon Tea today and enjoyed so much I felt compelled to leave a review. The service was absolutely outstanding, there was 5 of us, 3 adults and 2 children and nothing was too much trouble! The children’s afternoon tea was superb with sandwiches which the children would eat with festive cakes. The adults afternoon tea was gorgeous. There was plenty of coffee and we all even had mocktails served to us. The staff were so attentive and made the thoughtful gesture of asking if the children wanted to see Father Christmas (Lucky for us he was having lunch next door). Amazing hotel, the rooms are beautiful and spacious with the best spa baths and waterfall shower 😍 will definitely be staying again. Only issue we had - We stayed on the ground floor and could hear people above us walking about, it was loud and woke us up early, we did find it hard to relax at times with this issue so maybe ask to stay on the upper floor. Other than that it was perfect 🤩 Food at the restaurant was amazing, staff throughout the hotel were very nice and helpful. Can’t wait to stay again ❤️ More...
