“Hi, I’m Ben. People with or without learning disabilities come to see me because they are struggling with worries or sadness that they just can’t seem to overcome on their own. They often feel overwhelmed, helpless or lost, but know that if they could learn ways to understand and cope with their feelings, they would feel better. Through my years of training and practice, I’ve learned ways to help people achieve this and can offer guidance in developing skills so people can feel more like themselves again. People also see me to discuss difficulties with their work or to understand how they can develop their learning and skills. I’ve learned ways to help people reflect on their work and grow professionally”
