I scheduled a deep clean but received a standard cleaning service instead. Despite paying £160 for two cleaners, my bed sheets were left untucked, areas under the sofa, fridge, and oven were neglected, and the windows were untouched. I requested twice for a stack of boxes to be removed, but they were still present upon my return. Irina assured me she would return to finish the job but never showed up. you forgot to specify that in this amount you wanted to arrange all your wardrobes with clothes. They washed three machines with clothes, arranged to dry on the rack. That you actually wanted an end of tenancy but you wanted not to pay. It is not possible to clean your walls of mold and interior cabinets, fridge, oven. , to take away the garbage you stored at the door. 2 cleaners stayed for 3 hours. The services you wanted actually cost 330 pounds. You can't call cleaners for something and order what you want.

Hello, I want to tell you how satisfied I am with this Clean Refresh company and about Mrs. Brunner Irina. I book to this company to clean my house which has 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, and a very large garden for playground for children. Brunner came with a team of 4 people, 3 women and a man. The girls did a very good job and cleaned my house so well and cleanly, they came with all the cleaning equipment and top products. And the man took care of my garden where he did a top cleaning.
