If you are feeling stuck, fearful, sad, anxious or angry, beginning a new relationship with a counsellor can seem difficult. Yet this can be the first crucial step to identifying your deepest needs and most vital aims for a leading a well-lived life. With the support of a therapeutic relationship, transformation becomes more possible.

I believe that kindness and deep listening are at the heart of healthy relationships and these qualities form the core of my counselling work.

As a counsellor and ecotherapist, experienced in person-centred, cognitive-behavioural and relationship approaches, I offer a space that both encourages enquiry and is deeply accepting, paying attention to embodied responses and working in collaboration to unravel patterns and fixed narratives. An active practitioner of yoga and mindfulness meditation, my personal practices shape my professional work.

I offer a safe and supportive working space online, in the counselling room or outdoors in nature. I look forward to hearing from you with any questions or an initial consultation.
