I contacted Claire about Hypnotherapy for a specific issue and she talked more about the other services that she provides, which isn't what I contacted her about. This showed me that she isn't genuinely interested in service to others. We agreed that I would contact her on a specific day to confirm if I was going to hire her, as I was waiting to speak to other Hypnotherapists, so that I could make an informed decision. I contacted her via text, as per her request, to advise that I don't require her services because I managed to resolve it myself and wished her all the continued love, happiness and success in the world. I have not had any further correspondence after almost a working week. Passive aggressive behaviour is highly unprofessional and reinforces my point about lack of genuine service to others... For these reasons, I do recommend Claire at all. Claire, in response to your response, I do not wish to have any further contact from yourself as a faux apology doesn't work for me. I went to Tranceformations PBE because I had a weight problem. I had tried so many different diets and could never lose weight. One of the problems was, there were to many people out there saying try this diet and try that diet and the other problem was, I could not go without eating my favourite food.
